Brlog brewery from Zadar is a cooperative of 85 people from all over the world. It’s a unique brewery in the region, which uses crowd (crowd-sourcing, -funding, -investing) to make a positive change in society. Plus, it’s making social impact taste as good as craft beer! All started from homebrewers Maja and Ana, and their passion for quality time spent working and relaxing. The idea is to share and enrich the community in every possible level: shared beer, shared time, shared business, shared values. In a way, Brlog is the art of living. In another way, it’s a business driven by trust, optimism, and responsibility.

Neposlušna (eng. Disobedient) is a hoppy red ale. Kind of a rebel – your eyes think it’s something strong and malty, your nose gets overwhelmed by the hoppy aroma, and then everything changes once you taste it. Strong floral, grassy, and fruity aromas are boldly combined with soft malty undertones. Pairs well with red meat, ripened cheese, (smoked) dried ham, liver pate, burgers, tiramisu.
