Mlinarica Savage Epsilon 0.75l

Mlinarica Savage Epsilon 0.75l

$20.32

Mlinarica is one of the local’s favorite brewpubs in the northern part of Zagreb, Croatia. It opened its doors in 1998. It used to be a regular bar but they started serving food shortly after. As the years passed, the place expanded, and so did the selection of mostly domestic lager beer. In 2016 they decided to take their business to the next level and started with the production of their very own nonfiltered, non-pasteurized beer. Apart from 5 core beers available, all year round Mlinarica is famous for seasonal, innovative beers such as Eisbock and new series of wild beers.

Beer notes

Brewery Mlinarica
Region Croatia
Style Wild Sour
Category Craft Beer
Bottle size 0.75 L
Alcohol 7.90 %
  • Caramel
  • Dry plum
  • Fruity
  • Grapefruit

Part of Mlinarica’s saison from 2019 was transferred to a red wine barrel with the addition of roeselare blend and dried plums and raisins. The result is a beer with medium lactic and acetic sourness, wine-like character, a bit of wood, and lovely dried fruits complexity. The fruit addition also increased the abv, which goes completely unnoticed until it’s too late

  • Beef
  • Chocolate
  • Game meat
  • Hard cheese
