Rudolf Štefan, the head chef and owner of the Pelegrini, has creatively expanded the offerings of the best Šibenik and best-known Dalmatian restaurant this summer.
Pelegrini now offers lunches and dinners on a boat, cruising through the Šibenik archipelago. Pelegrini provides two options for high-quality local cuisine served on the boat.
The experiences are available as follows:
- the Boat Experience, which lasts five and a half hours, and
- the Sunset option, which lasts an hour and a half.
Boat and Sunset Experience can be rented by two or four guests, offering a truly unique and exclusive gastronomic ambient experience.
Each excursion has a unique wine selection tailored to the guests’ preferences, complementing the Pelegrini culinary delights.
