BARAKA Winery is a small family-owned boutique winery on Srima, a small peninsula near Šibenik. The winery is positioned near the early Christian basilica from the early 6th century. The Srima Peninsula is spanned by century-old dry-stone walls, surrounded by the estuary of the Krka River, the beautiful canal of Saint Ante, and the Adriatic Sea. Baraka Winery is completely focused on making terroir-driven fine wines. The vineyard of the Baraka family grows international varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, and local varieties like Plavina or Babić. With total of about 11,500 plants on the 4ha estate, Baraka is all about small batch winemaking and a hands-on approach with the constant raising of quality.

Amina is a blend of three varietals typically found in the old vineyards around Šibenik: Debit, Trbljan, and Maraština. As an hommage to the tradition of this region, this wine undergoes a few days of skin contact with wild yeast fermentation and is aged in larger barrels of French and Slavonian oak, as well as concrete egg-shaped tanks.
