Deep amber colors. The scents reveal an abundance of aromas of raisins, meadow honey, candied orange and spicy notes. The concentration of aromas is even more intense in the mouth, where the lavishly sweet taste of dried fruit, homemade apple pie and mandarin liqueur dominates.
Spontaneous fermentation on natural yeasts, three-day maceration, aging in an old barrique for a year.
