The farm “Case d’Alto” arises from the desire to create products of “excellence” strongly linked to the home territory of Taurasi DOCG. Born in Grottaminarda, in the province of Avellino, it takes its name from the ultra-centennial vineyard, born in the mid-1800s. Claudio De Luca, the owner, is an example of the agricultural revolution and cultural innovation proposed by young people attached to their roots who have decided to re-embrace their land for a living. Aglianico, one of the essential reds of Italy, produced in the Irpinia area, gives life to the fine Taurasi DOCG wine and Taurasi Riserva DOCG wine, the flagship of the production of Case d’Alto.
