A small family winery is one of only a few wineries on Komarna appellation in South Dalmatia. Cultivating vineyards on the virgin soil of Komarna, on the slopes over the sea, Deak is dedicated to Indigenous grape varieties. Their Plavac mali and Pošip are true representatives of Dalmatian winemaking today. With a vision to combine tourism with Indigenous products of the region, Deak olive oil is also a standout.

Dry, fresh wine, with a specific golden yellow color, contains higher alcohols, which is a characteristic of the variety. In order to produce a healthy fruit, this extremely demanding variety of white grape is nurtured with delicacy and care. It has a very intense floral aroma and a fruity flavor, expressive taste and smell of various Mediterranean herbs that have grown almost from the stone itself.
