A small family winery is one of only a few wineries on Komarna appellation in South Dalmatia. Cultivating vineyards on the virgin soil of Komarna, on the slopes over the sea, Deak is dedicated to Indigenous grape varieties. Their Plavac mali and Pošip are true representatives of Dalmatian winemaking today. With a vision to combine tourism with Indigenous products of the region, Deak olive oil is also a standout.

This top-quality pink is obtained from the indigenous variety Plavac Mali. The carefully selected high quality clusters are the prerequisite for creating this charming, flimsy, real “Summer Wine” that provides a unique feeling. The color is gentle, but brightly pink, not pale salmon, and this reflects in the taste. Aromatic richness and fresh taste accompany cold cuts, various salads, seafood, and also desserts.
