100% Chardonnay from a single vineyard fine-tuned into flavorful bubbles without the addition of dosage. This is the first Brut Nature sparkling from Jagunić house and immediately won over experienced palates with harmonious structure and super dry but gentle texture. As tiny bubbles rinse the palate, the green apple persist into the finish. Autolytic and a bit yeasty but very refreshing. In its second release, it is disgorged with a minimum dosage to achieve perfect balance.
