The Pavičić brothers have been involved in viticulture and winemaking since they were young as it’s a centuries-old tradition in the family. The picturesque family house and adjacent konoba (wine-cellar) have recently been refurbished to serve as not only a cellar but also a tasting room. Milko and Luka produce the Pavičić wine labels in a partnership and focus on single varietal wines from the autochthonous grape varieties, Bogdanuša, Pošip and Plavac mali. Their winemaking is characterised by low interference in order to ensure as many varietal, natural flavours and aromas as possible.

A classic expression of Dalmatian flagship variety Plavac mali—robust, rustic, and filled with the character of the Mediterranean coast. Deep ruby in color, it exudes aromas of ripe dark cherries, sun-dried plums, and with hints of dried figs, earthy notes, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is medium to fuller-bodied, with a distinctive boldness that comes from its firm tannins. Flavors of dark fruit are complemented by nuances of licorice, dried herbs, and a faint smokiness. The finish lasts with a lingering impression of ripe fruit and a hint of spice.
