The Pavičić brothers have been involved in viticulture and winemaking since they were young as it’s a centuries-old tradition in the family. The picturesque family house and adjacent konoba (wine-cellar) have recently been refurbished to serve as not only a cellar but also a tasting room. Milko and Luka produce the Pavičić wine labels in a partnership and focus on single varietal wines from the autochthonous grape varieties, Bogdanuša, Pošip and Plavac mali. Their winemaking is characterised by low interference in order to ensure as many varietal, natural flavours and aromas as possible.

A Rose that marries intensity with elegance—bold yet irresistibly refreshing. Its color is a deep, vibrant salmon pink, hinting at the strength of the sun-ripened grapes from the Hvar island vineyards. On the nose, it offers a burst of wild strawberries, ripe red cherries, and juicy pomegranate, layered with a hint of rose petals and a touch of the Mediterranean maquis. The palate is both vibrant and textured, with flavors of raspberry, blood orange, and a whisper of red currant. The wine carries the signature minerality of Hvar’s rocky terrain, with a refreshing acidity that adds lift and brightness to the fruit’s richness.
