Testament vineyards are in the wine-growing region of Northern Dalmatia, in the immediate vicinity of the medieval town, Šibenik. With the unique climate and the specificity of the soil. The Testament Rose from Sibenik’s Vineyard is a pure contrast to the heavy-handed Rose wines. It is lighter in color and presents classic aperitifs or refreshing roses. The harvest is carried out earlier to preserve the freshness and fluttering nature of rose. Quick processing (destemming, crushing and gentle pressing without skin contact ). Fermentation duration was 2 months, with the addition of stirring on lees. The wine with the scent of vineyard grown peach and wildflowers. Taste is accompanied by the scent, fullness and freshness are in great balance. Serve it at 10°C.
