The PETRAČ winery’s motto is that you have to be ready to achieve something new and different. The winery operates 10 hectares of vineyards, on which they grow around 40,000 vines. They claim that it is the ideal number for the so-called single Guyot, a vine growing system traditionally and logically rooted in this area. This way, they create the best wines from premium Terroir of Hršak Breg.
